My passion and purpose with Energy Work,  Wellness Coaching, and The Nia Technique is to help people release the emotions and energy patterns that are keeping them stuck! We are living in the most pivotal time in human history. We have been told by the Ancients and many indigenous cultures that we are currently experiencing the greatest energetic shift of the ages . This shifting of planets, continents, and  collective human consciousness is moving us to a higher energetic vibration so we can heal ourselves and heal our planet! As magical and incredible as this is,  it can feel like a big healing crisis...which is causing tremendous strain, stress, and turbulence across the planet. So much is re-aligning and releasing..Earthquakes, volcanoes, tsunamis, hurricanes, flooding, forest fires, political uprisings, and human violence are at the forefront of the newscasts nearly every day! This is having a massive impact on the human psyche and human emotions. It can feel incredibly stressful out there right now! Receiving individual energy work, taking a Reiki Certification Training or a Nia class, can really help one to navigate through the uncomfortable and sometimes painful symptoms we may experience as we re-align and release old beliefs and energy systems that no longer serve us. My Bio
I have been training and practicing in the Healing Arts since 1988. After studying Diploma Nursing and General Arts and Science way back in the  mid eighties, my spirit and heart led me into Alternative Medicine. I found that Alternative Medicine and the Healing Arts totally fascinated and inspired me, and over the course of many years I have received certification training in Hematology and Related Holistic Nutrition, Level One Therapeutic Touch, Basic Hand and Foot Reflexology, Usui-Tibetan Reiki (First, Second, Third, and Master Degree), Reiki Drumming, Advanced Level Integrated Energy Therapy, Blue Belt Certification in The Nia Technique, The Fundamentals of Hospice and Palliative Care Program, and certification in Ask an Receive. I have also trained extensively in Shamanism, (going into my third year in Deborah Carter's Shamanic Apprenticeship Training Program), Meditation, and Sound Healing. I strive to continue to educate myself in leading edge approaches to health, fitness, and wellness.

Using the healing modalities that I am trained in can really help alleviate, neutralize and sometimes permanently clear these symptoms and patterns.
Intake and assessment (first 30 minutes of the first appointment) helps me to get a sense for the treatment requirement of my client. Most often there is a need to see an individual for more than one appointment, so I like to offer a an eclectic approach with a specially priced package of four sessions together that I affectionately call the True Self Emergence Package!  In this way, we can work on a once per week basis to really tackle, get to the root cause, and conquer the issue(s). I like to begin with either Reiki and or I.E.T. and I am usually guided from there how to continue. I like to use different approaches such as Ask and Receive, Tapping Techniques, Shamanic Techniques (such as Power Animal Retrieval and Soul Retrieval)  and Supportive Wellness Coaching. I  customize every treatment plan according to individual needs and intentions. Single appointments/sessions are also available. Hospital visits available upon request.  A FREE 30 minute consult is also available if you would like to meet me in person before deciding.
